Anne & Valentin is a brand born from the wild dream of two opticians from Toulouse, a town in the South-West of France. The couple, looking for graphic and original frames for their friends, decided to create what they couldn’t find.
PARIS
Optician turned eyewear designer, Aude Herouard draws her inspiration from architecture, design... and the women in her family. She designs her Amélie, Odile, Françoise, Nicole in organic acetate, a mixture of wood pulp, cotton fiber and binders of natural origin - a more responsible alternative to cellulose acetate. The frames are made in France in a small Normandy atelier. Her glasses, sun or optical, are elegant, timeless and instantly recognizable. North Optical is proud to be the first retailer of her collection in the US.

Garrett Leight California Optical was created in 2010 and is fueled by a group of young, passionate purveyors of eyewear, dedicated to creating classic designs by combining perfect craftsmanship with timeless aesthetics.

All MASAHIROMARUYAMA frames are made in the Fukui prefecture of Japan. In Fukui prefecture, the history of eyewear manufacturing has developed over a century and their frames are manufactured at an old-established factory in Sabae City. They work with skilled craftsmen to bring each delicate asymmetrical design and detail to life, producing a product that computerized manufacturing methods simply cannot compete with.

Founded in Copenhagen in 1997, Ørgreen Optics aim is to design strong and timeless frames for quality-conscious individuals all over the world. Their collections are designed and developed in Denmark and made by hand in Japan, known and respected for high standards and irrefutable quality. Individually crafted with more than 100 processes, each frame can take up to six months to achieve its penchant for perfection.

Every pair of RAEN frames are designed in our California design studio and made to our exact original vision. All of their acetate is a unique and custom combination for our line, and every frame is built with hand-guided cutting, and then hand polished to finish. All of their lenses are manufactured by Carl Zeiss Vision, completing the process that makes every single frame RAEN.

AUSTIN
VADA named for the founder and creative director’s maternal grandmother, VADA a woman who needed no occasion to buy herself jewelry. The brand is steeped in history, vision, and personal style. VADA Fine jewelry began in 2013 in Austin, Texas. VADA Eyes, the brand’s instantly-iconic eyewear, launched in 2020 and represents the most forward-leaning elements in the VADA universe.
